    You can write items that you are grateful for in a simple notebook, post them to a prayer board or even try your hand at faithbooking (like scrapbooking). Improving your outlook on the plus side is only the beginning of this miraculous practice. If you want to keep a diary to record how you feel this can be really constructive but leave your gratitude journal as a purely, positive only exercise.
